At the end of the meeting we encouraged everyone to watch the short movie about the PHASE research, co-housing design and preparation of final exhibition. Through the movie, the older participants could better understand the purpose and anticipated outcomes of the community event.

The other designed activity - 'Spatial Capacity' game, was also enthusiastically played by the older participants. All of them described their current housing conditions and highlighted the most relevant features in terms of old-friendly design. Similarly to the first provided activity, we recorded the games and collected all the boards and photographs.

'Co-Housing' game turned out to be very successful! All the participants were eager to reveal their housing preferences and further discuss them with undergraduate students. All the games were recorded, so that the responses of participants could serve as further reference. After the game we took photos of each of the boards and combined all the outcomes.

The another activity designed for the community event was the 'Spatial Capacity' game. We used our knowledge gained during the PHASE research to prepare the needed components. Through this game we intended to determine what features of the house were the most important for old people and which one would be compromised on. Couldn't wait for the outcomes!

The first activity, called Co-Housing Game, was designated to discover the ideal features of the house, old people would be eager to move in. Our team prepared the boards and cards with different options, created last semester by students of MSAp atelier. Due to the nature of the community engagement meeting, we didn't know how many people to expect. Therefore we prepared couple of sets, ready in case of higher number of participants.

Before the end of the event, all the ideas and conclusions were summed up by Stefan, who explained the importance of discussions between policy makers and researchers in creating best housing options for older people.

The topics presented by the invited speakers, came out to be very interesting for our undergraduate students. They took active part in the debate, asking questions and contributing to the discussions.

We prepared the sample set of our board game and presented to the invited guests. Thanks to that, we gained valuable feedback on elements of the game that can be improved before the actual Community Engagement meeting on Monday.

After arriving to the Corner House, we divided all the tasks between the students and started preparing the venue. With almost 40 people invited to the discussion, we had to make sure that everyone will be provided with a seat and refreshment.

Prepared and excited, we went with the team to the Corner House, where the 'Round Table' discussions took place. Our tutor from PHASE - Stefan White joined us today, to help with the venue preparations and participate in the event.

With the cards being designed, we were trying different printing options. The cards need to be endurable and rigid, so they can be used multiple times throughout the entire community engagement event. David and Lada, our undergraduate students, were checking paper thickness and finishing, selecting the most suitable one.

It was a productive day for our Community Engagement group! Apart from completing the schedule for upcoming social events, we continued to improve the design of our main activity. With the help of the undergraduate students, the layout of the board was redesigned and prepared for the final print.
