Our second guest in his age of 79, just moved in a new ground floor apartment with 2 beds, preferred an open plan house with accessible access and missed his former upper level flat with nice view.

The Community Engagement invited elderly people come and talk to us with their ideal house options regarding location, typology, floor plan, garden and preference of amenities. Here is the ideal option house of our first guest, Bhim, former MMU economics teacher who aged 90s, lives in East Didsbury for decades. The key points are downsizing and better public transportation for him.
