During this two weeks we worked on the design of an art installation and a box. This box was design to carryed The Wittgenstein’s windows from the Ludwig Wittgenstein house in Norway to some place in UK and Europe, were he lived. L. Wittgenstein was a famous british philosopher and architect, the aim of our project was to design the box and the installation insprired by his life and his philosophy. One of our biggest constraint was that the window’s box had to be design to be transport as a hand luggage by a single person. During this two weeks, we mixed and study each student’s proposition to found the best one. We finally designed it as an addition of layer of foam, plastic and wood, assemble and hold by nut and bold. For the art instalation, we were inspired by one of his project, a kite and more specially on it structure. We tried, during this two weeks to teach to our group, how to design and prototype a tansegrity structure as big scale to create a distance between the vistors and the windows, and at small scale to hold the window.
