DAY 6

During the morning we interviewed Tony Kelzo. Later we then began editing the sound on After Effect, creating a rough draft to present along with a poster.

DAY 9

The whole day we worked on the film making sure everything was correct. By around 8pm on the 9th day we had finished the film entirely ready to present at the Homes for Change.

DAY 8

We spent the last few days putting the video's sound onto the clips footage, adding transitions and effects.

DAY 7

Our group visited the venue where we are hosting the exhibition during the morning and carried on editing interviews and footage.

DAY 5

We spent the day putting our ideas together and made a storyboard. We then wrote out questions for the interviews and contacted the people who we thought would be good to use in our film.

DAY 4

We had a skills After Effects tutorial by Inda in the morning. Teaching us how to animate still photographs. Later, we had another lecture by Michael Mayhew, who spoke about his experiences about Hulme.

DAY 3

Wednesday morning started with a lecture by Dot about Hulme Memories app through stories and tours. This was then followed by a group discussion and presentation about film ideas.

DAY 2

Our second day began with a walking tour led by Tony Kelzo in Hulme (Graffiti Artist). The tour showed us the comparisons of Hulme now and then using old photographs. After lunch, we went to Manchester Central library where we accessed the North West film archive for clips and images to use in our film.

DAY 1

On the first day we spent the afternoon having a BBQ getting to know each member of the group. At around 5pm we went to the Hulme Hippodrome where we were given a tour around the building, inside and out.
