This demonstrates that a lot of the site is shielded by buildings, protecting it from the elements. There is less wind and sunlight that can access the site making it a more peaceful environment, suited to the project in hand.

Observation
The space isn't being utilise to its full potential. People aren't ingaging or integrating with the space, but rather walking around it following the pathways.
