Installation in Piccadilly Gardens. We brought the nets and built the boxes on site to make travelling easier. Members of the public started to interact with the boxes and create chalk drawings throughout the day

Using blackboard paint on a single face. This means that the boxes can be drawn on using chalk, and then erased

Making wind chimes to place inside the boxes. When a person interacts with the box the chimes will move, creating a ringing sound

Cutting out chessboards for the boxes adding a "playful" aspect

Template for boxes, spelling out "PLAY". Four of the boxes will have a different letter painted on to them

Finished building cube nets for our final output. The whole group was involved in cutting the cardboard. We cut out different sizes to allow the user to interact with them in different ways.
